So proud to be a part of this community and make things right for this hard working young man. Thank you to the Plymouth Police Department for putting this together and including us.
When Chief Flynn found out about a young autistic Wal-Mart employee getting robbed for the $150 cash in his wallet…. Pi$$ed off doesn’t even begin to explain…
Our Detective Division is still working it. So far, the few tips we have gotten have not panned out. Please scroll back to our previous post about this matter to see if you can help.
Today, we met the young victim, Steven Galandzi on his way out of work….
By ”We”, I mean, Derek Brindisi, our Town Manager, Chief Flynn and staff, Patrick McNamara, President of the State Police Association of Massachusetts, State Police Officers, Scott Hokanson, owner of Brabo insurance, Cabby Brini, owner of the CabbyShack, Doug and Katie Bartlett, owners of Bartlett Funeral Home, Kenny Drew of Nolan Insurance Agency, Kevin Connolly, owner of B&B Auto, Richard Quintal, Chair of our Selectboard and Owner of Quintal’s/Squinnys, Selectman Charlie Bletzer, Manager of East Bay Grille, Myles Chilchot, Manager of Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac of Plymouth MA, Norm Laviolette, owner of Laugh Boston, The Improv Asylum and the Brockton Rox, and the Big Man, Jimmy Stavropoulous, owner of Anna's Harborside Grille.
Everyone introduced themselves to Steven and proceeded to hand him Big. Fat. Envelopes. The kind you used to see on the Sopranos….
We are lucky to have such caring business owners in our Town.
They also took turns explaining to Steven that what happened to him will never be accepted in our community.
We can only hope that we turned a crappy memory for Steven and his family into a great one.
Plymouth. One Town. One Team.
