⛳ The tournament starts at 4:30 pm on the Waterville Valley Golf Course and your ticket includes greens fees, two LED glow-in-the-dark golf balls, a headlamp, swag bag, and a delicious BBQ dinner.

‼️Mid-State Health Closed September 1st‼️

Mid-State Health locations will be closed Monday, September 1st, with the exception of our Same-Day Care clinic at 28 Main Street in Plymouth NH. Same-Day Care will remail open for Mid-State patients with same-day health needs.

For after-hours care and on call provider will be available for Mid-State patients with immediate health concerns.
