Do you want to see positive change in your local community? Make your voice heard! 📣

The member organizations of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership are conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to evaluate our area's overall health and well-being. We are inviting you to participate in a brief survey to help us in that work.

Your anonymous response will help us understand diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs in our area, and develop an action plan to address those needs. This survey should take less than 10 minutes, and results will be available in several months at the completion of our assessment.

Visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CNHHP2026CHNA to complete the survey by March 13th.

💙Today is Maternal Health Awareness Day
We're spotlighting Cecilia Disney, MD, who leads Mid-State Health’s Lactation and Postpartum Clinic, along with Mandy Strike, APRN. Together, they provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support new parents as they navigate early parenthood.

“We understand that every family’s postpartum experience is unique, and having the right support can make all the difference,” said Dr. Disney, MD. “This clinic is designed to provide parents with the reassurance, knowledge, and hands-on care they need to feel confident in their feeding choices and postpartum recovery.”

Their work reflects the broader importance of maternal health, ensuring access to coordinated care, education, and support that promotes physical, emotional, and overall well-being throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period.
