“First time utilizing Mid-State's same day walk-in clinic and I was very happy with the experience and the care I received. Check-in was easy, my wait was less than 20 minutes, the medical assistant was friendly and attentive. Dr. Zach was informed about the reason for my visit before he entered the room, saving me from having to go through it all again. He listened, provided feedback and suggestions, and made me feel heard and respected. I left with a plan for my care, and actions for follow-up if needed. I will definitely return for acute care, if needed. This is an asset in our community. Also, the facility is beautiful!”
