This sweet 16 year old gal was born with a congenital condition that made her enamel underdeveloped, misshaped, and weak. Her lifelong dream was to have a beautiful smile in time for her senior portraits next year. She and her mom got so emotional when they saw her new teeth for the first time. She promised to send us her senior portraits when she gets them.

Is iced coffee bad for your teeth? Whether you like yours hot or iced, all coffee is acidic and can lead to tooth sensitivity and increase the risk of cavities if consumed in excess. It can also stain your teeth over time. Many commercially available iced coffees contain added sugars or sweetened syrups, which can promote tooth decay and gum disease if consumed frequently. But don’t worry - we won’t ask you to take away your iced coffee for good!

To minimize potential negative effects on your teeth while enjoying iced coffee:
- Limit consumption of sugary or sweetened varieties.
- Drink through a straw positioned toward the back of your mouth to reduce contact with teeth.
