Communities for Alcohol- and Drug-Free Youth

Communities for Alcohol- and Drug-Free Youth To educate, engage and empower our communities to prevent youth alcohol, tobacco, and drug use.

Our vision is to have families, schools, and communities that are informed about the importance of prevention, that actively participate in prevention efforts, and who encourage low-risk behavior; and to have significantly higher numbers of healthy, drug-free young people who do the same.

Last day to Make your voice heard! Please help us create positive change in our communities. Visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CNHHP2026CHNA to complete the survey by March 13th.

The member organizations of the Central New Hampshire Health Partnership are conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to evaluate our area's overall health and well-being. We are inviting you to participate in a brief survey to help us in that work.

Your anonymous response will help us understand diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs in our area, and develop an action plan to address those needs. This survey should take less than 10 minutes, and results will be available in several months at the completion of our assessment.

Communities that Care Presents: Futures Thinking in Mental Health
Join us for our spring virtual event, where we will welcome Alison Huppert, Director of Strategy & Quality Practices - Innovation at YMCA of the USA, as our facilitator.

Dive into futures thinking and explore how we can actively shape what mental health support looks like in the years to come. We will learn the foundations of futures thinking and begin exploring signals of change: early indicators that offer clues about how the future might evolve. We will build on this work at our in-person event this fall.
