One of our favorite traditions of the year! The CTE Secret Santa Exchange was filled with laughs, great surprises, and plenty of holiday cheer. It’s moments like these that remind us how lucky we are to work with such a generous, fun, and supportive team. Grateful for each of you this holiday season!

This holiday season, CTE was honored to give back to our community by adopting several families through the Marshall County Neighborhood Center’s Christmas Family Adoption Program.

Thanks to the generosity of our team, we were able to donate three full carts of gifts, provide food for the pantry, and make monetary contributions to support families in need.

We are grateful for the opportunity to spread a little extra joy this season and proud of our team for making a meaningful impact in our community.

This past Saturday, we hosted the Bob Humbug 5K, benefiting the Marshall County Neighborhood Center.

Despite a cold morning, the race went smoothly and finished without a single injury or accident. We had around 32 participants, with runners and walkers of all ages showing up to support a great cause.

Together, we raised $853 for the Neighborhood Center and filled a grocery cart with non-perishable food items to help support local families in our community.

We also handed out awards following the race:

Best Costume: Jackie Carpenter

One special recognition was the Grant Shenefield Award, created by Bob Lyon in honor of his grandfather. This award celebrates the runner who best represents true team spirit—encouraging others, lifting people up, and leading by example. This year’s recipient was Kyle Schneider.

Thank you to Biggby Coffee for donating coffee, and everyone who ran, walked, donated, volunteered, and helped make this event a success. Strong turnout, real impact, and a great example of what can happen when a community shows up—even on a cold Saturday.

CTE Christmas Party 2025

What an unforgettable night!

We celebrated the season at Swan Lake Resort, and our team definitely brought the holiday spirit. From tasty hors d'oeuvres and a delicious dinner to a lively photobooth, an adventurous scavenger hunt, multiple rounds of trivia, and plenty of dancing, the evening was filled with laughter, fun, and great company.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night so special. Cheers to a wonderful holiday season and an even better year ahead!

Yesterday marked our final food truck event of 2025, and we were happy to wrap up the season with two returning favorites — Chubby Buddies BBQ and Bryan's Concessions (American Grill)!

A big thank-you to our PULSE Committee for organizing this year’s food truck events and for selecting such great options to treat our team throughout the season.

CTE participated in the Lady Zebras Basketball Golf Tournament this past Friday. It was a great team effort, and Jeremy walked away with the "closest to the pin" award!
