Good morning everyone, I am posting last-minute availability for the infrared sauna and dry salt therapy sessions. On Monday, December 1, I have availability at 4pm and 4:45pm. Additionally, there is an opening on Friday at 5pm and Saturday at 1pm. Please note that all sauna and salt appointments require prepayment. I also offer a package deal consisting of 8 thirty-minute sessions for $125, which can be scheduled around my massage appointments.

Good morning everyone. I will be in the office today from 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Please stop by for any gift certificates. If you have questions about any of the services I offer, I will also be offering a Small Business Saturday special for gift certificates, where you buy a 60-minute or 90-minute service and receive an add-on of either an infrared sauna with salt, synergy stones or cupping.

Good morning everyone, as the holiday season commences, stress often ensues. The stress of deciding what to bring, where to travel, and whether you've packed adequately can be overwhelming. With that being said, I will be offering two 60-minute sound baths on November 23 at 1:30 and 3:30. Space is limited; you can reserve your $30 spot by sending me a private message.
