There are 7 main chakras throughout the body. They correspond with different parts of the body and different organs, as well as being connected to our emotional well-being. We must keep our chakras balanced for us to maintain harmony in our lives. You can do this on your own, or Reiki can help! I personally try to do a daily practice, plus it helps me connect to spirit with my mediumship practice.
