Today we say farewell to someone who has been the heart and soul of Truex/Vital Chiropractic for over 50 incredible years.

Since 1974, Kathy has welcomed patients with warmth, kindness, and a steady presence that has shaped the very spirit of our office. Her dedication, compassion, and unwavering care have touched thousands of lives—and we are so honored to have shared this journey with her.

While it’s hard to imagine the office without her, we are filled with gratitude as she steps into a new chapter—one filled with well-earned time, love, and laughter with her children and grandchildren. 💛
