Office Manager – Answers for Elders, LLC (Plymouth, MA)
Answers for Elders, a growing geriatric care management company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support our care team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and communications.
Support caregivers and clients by coordinating schedules and resolving issues quickly.
Oversee billing, payroll coordination, and basic bookkeeping.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state home care regulations.
Act as a liaison for clients, families, staff, and referral partners.
Implement and improve processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of office or operations management experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
Knowledge of HIPAA and basic state home care regulations (or willingness to learn).
Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting tools) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Familiarity with care coordination or CRM systems (CareTree or similar).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in client-facing situations.
Experience in managing employees is a plus.
HIPAA or HR/payroll certifications (preferred but not required; can be completed after hire).
