They offer yoga poses, breathing techniques, games, working together, relaxation and more. Self-Expression, Social Skills and Interaction, Cognitive skills, Repetition, Mathematics, and Concentration skills will all be addressed. Mommy and baby lotus: up to 3
Bitty lotus: age’s 4-6
Growing lotus: age’s 7-9
Pre-teeny lotus: age’s 10-12
Teen lotus: age’s 13-16

Sign them up for a 6 week kids yoga class at The Kingston Recreation Center located at 33A Summer Street.

Class starts on Tuesday, November 7th. 4:00-5:00pm
