Grace Trail

Grace Trail Find hope, joy, and resilience on the Grace Trail®. Walk with us and let grace find you. 🌿

Grace Trail® is a mission-driven, for-profit business that partners with nonprofits, schools, and community leaders to bring healing and resilience to the places that need it most. While we are not a nonprofit, we specialize in helping our partners raise funds and secure grants to install Grace Trails that serve their communities. Grace Trail is a simple, powerful way to navigate life’s ups and downs with hope, strength, and joy. By walking or talking the trail and reflecting on its five core questions, you start to notice more grace in your everyday life. Whether you begin at home or visit one of our trails across the U.S., each step moves you closer to the life you’re meant to live. 🌿

There’s so much pressure around the New Year — to change, fix, improve, and “get it right.”

Grace Trail invites something simpler and gentler. 🍃
Just be right where you are and
✨ Celebrate being here.
✨ Celebrate your breath.
✨ Celebrate your precious life.

It’s okay to simply find your footing.
It’s okay to not have it all figured out.
It’s okay to slow down and breathe.

If you can, get outside. Feel the air. Take a walk. Be kind to yourself. Just one step toward better.

“Each day we choose to ground ourselves in sanity or insanity… the difference is a little grace.”

However you’re stepping into this New Year, there is space for you here. 🤍

— Anne

Save this for when the pressure creeps in, and share it with someone who could use a little grace today.

Not every new year needs pressure, resolutions, or “do more.”
Some years begin with gratitude… reflection… honesty… and grace.

We’re sharing our Grace Trail® Gratitude Journal as a gift — a way to ground yourself, set intentions, and gently step into the year ahead.

The lights are bright. The music is light.
But something inside still feels heavy.

When the season around you is full of cheer, but your heart feels overwhelmed, or quietly tired… that’s what we call Jingle Bell Syndrome.

Sometimes the holidays don’t just bring joy — they bring memories, expectations, pressure, and old feelings we didn’t exactly ask to revisit.

This message is for the people who are doing their best to move through it with honesty, courage, and compassion.

In this video, we share a gentle Grace Trail antidote to help you:
✨ pause
✨ notice what’s happening inside
✨ and ground yourself in gratitude, steadiness, and hope again

If this season feels complicated, you’re not alone.

There is a kinder, steadier way through. 🌟

👉 Watch and walk the steps with us.
✨ Save this for when you need it

Inspiration is everywhere — but taking the first step can still be the hardest part.

Last year, Carrie encountered Grace Trail at the Massachusetts Conference for Women and found something unexpected:

✨ a moment of truth-telling
✨ a pathway back to herself
✨ a framework she could carry forward

That first step changed everything. 🌎🌱

It became the moment she finally heard her own truth — a reminder that real transformation begins when we’re given space to pause and respond in real time.

We’re honored to share Carrie’s story in our newest Trailblazers with Anne episode 🤍

Inspiration is everywhere— but taking the first step can still be the hardest part.

Last year, Carrie found Grace Trail at the Massachusetts Conference for Women and discovered something powerful:
✨ A moment of truth-telling
✨ A pathway back to herself
✨ A framework she could carry into her life

That first step changed everything for her.
It became the moment she finally heard her own truth—and a reminder that real transformation begins when we are given space to pause and act in real time.

We’re honored to share Carrie’s story in our newest episode of Trailblazers with Anne.

It’s a beautiful example of the impact Grace Trail can have when women are given the room to slow down and meet themselves with grace.

Awe is where it’s at 🌕✨

The full moon did all the talking tonight.
If you can, go outside. Look up.

Let yourself take in the life it’s giving.

See you on the trail,
Anne

Gratitude starts early.🐞
Little hands, little moments, big meaning.
These conversations matter — at every age. 🤍

Thanksgiving looks different for everyone.

Some tables are full. Some are quiet. Some change year to year — and that’s okay. That’s life evolving.

No matter what your day looks like, you can still take a small Grace Trail moment. 🌎

Try asking yourself, or the people around you: “What am I grateful for?”

It doesn’t have to be deep or polished. It can be noticing a warm drink, a safe place to rest, a breath of fresh air, or simply making it to this moment.

If you’re gathering with others, feel free to use the invitation on this post. If you’re spending today on your own, this question still counts. Gratitude is for everyone. 🤍

What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Share if you feel like it.

A simple question can shift the whole moment. Try it. Even asking yourself is a powerful place to start.🌱
