Cinnamon Apple Swirl Smoothie
½ cup cashew or almond milk
2 scoops doTERRA Fiber
1 cup apple slices
1 tablespoon almond butter
Dash of cinnamon
1 handful ice cubes
1 toothpick swirl Cinnamon Bark essential oil

This recipe yields approximately two smoothie servings (8 ounces per serving). For those who prefer a larger smoothie size for one serving, the recipe and amount of fiber can be adjusted accordingly.

Freshly made red lentil chips with an organic white bean dip and a side of veggies. The parsley we started from seed in January and cut fresh from our grow room to garnish the dip. Red pepper flakes grown and harvested from the garden last season.
