I’ve been practicing massage for nearly 30 years. My style is calm, adaptive, and built on decades of hands-on work.

My studio is a place to slow down, reset, and heal. Irene Kavalos LMT - Owner/Educator

Blending therapeutic treatment with deep relaxation has been Irene’s focus for more than 25 years. A 1997 graduate of the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy (AAIMT), she brings both intuition and versatility to her work, drawing from a wide range of modalities to meet each client’s unique needs.

Over the course of her career, Irene has earned certifications in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy/Trigger Point Therapy, and Therapeutic Cupping, among others. She is committed to lifelong learning, continually expanding her skills and staying current with advancements in the field to ensure her clients receive the highest quality care.

In addition to her private practice, Irene shares her years of experience as an educator. She teaches massage workshops for individuals, couples, and aspiring therapists—ranging from treatment-focused training to fun date-night classes that help people connect through touch, all designed to make massage more approachable, practical, and deeply rewarding.
