Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia. Two very common conditions a lot of people suffer with. Another patient, today, with years of the medical approach and no help, is finally on the way to getting better. The medical profession has very little that helps. Fortunately, with my diagnostic muscle testing, I have often found the cause and shown patients how to fix the imbalances causing these conditions. I found her lymphatic system was not draining properly, causing a toxic backup head to toe. This impaired lymphatic drainage can cause Chronic Fatigue, as well as Fibromyalgia, often along with mental cloudiness, impaired memory, depression/anxiety, and immune dysfunction. What blocks the drainage? Structural muscle imbalances including tight pectoralis minor muscles (look it up for a pic). These are tight due to long periods hunched, like at a computer. Also, due to weakness of the opposing back muscles, including rhomboids (again, look them up). Believe it or not, often coming from a weak foot and/or unstable pelvis. All easy fixes, once identified. I'm excited to see her improvement in the next few weeks. Glad I can help. By the way, tight a pectoralis minor muscle is very often the cause of arm and hand problems including weakness and "Carpal Tunnel " type complaints. Very common.

great new patient yesterday. 4 decades plus neck pain and stiffness. Frozen shoulder, C spine x-rays 9 years ago showed "lots of arthritis" in the neck. No answers from "all the best" specialists. "Here, have another cortisone shot". In 10 mins I found an unstable R acromioclavicular joint (where the collarbone meets the acromion), causing a shutdown of all the R shoulder muscles, and dramatic tightness R neck muscles. Upon questioning, she (68 y.o.) remembered falling hard off a bike in 1980. She no doubt sprained that joint. So 43 years of this; very tight neck muscles 24/7 for 43 years. I showed her how to fix it. (I had the same thing, but worse, and I fixed mine with specific exercises and self massage). "Why didn't any of the other doctors find this? " Well, I have a unique toolbox with my diagnostic muscle testing. Very common injury, and very common scenario by the way...... Glad I can help her. She is overjoyed....

3 different patients today, each with years or decades of vertigo. Each had many thousands $$$ in medical tests, all negative. I quickly found structural imbalances in all three, one, a pelvic imbalance, with glute weakness, second a weak foot from an ankle sprain 60 years ago (!) (anyone with a bunion or pronation on one or both feet, take note....) and third, an old shoulder instability , all three leading to neck and jaw muscle imbalances, torquing the cranium..... and three cases of chronic vertigo are resolved quickly, and non invasively with my treatment and simple, specific home exercises. Made my day! (and theirs too..!)

Just got an email from a patient I saw today. Years of R side hearing loss. Ankle sprain many decades ago.... (60 years) No help medically..... With my specific exercises and treatment, her cranium is no longer being torqued due to the muscle imbalances coming from the ankle and subsequent unstable pelvis, leading to a tight upper trap 24/7...... (I call it the "skull twister)..... And today, at 70 years old, her hearing is somehow improving.... Her MD had no comment.....,

Keeping busy with the DOT exams there though. All insurance and Medicare patients are covered at my Plymouth office though. phone # is 508-746-6441.
