What is Reiki on A Personal Level
Reiki is a journey of self discovery. There is no time table on this journey. There is no person that you have to answer to, there is only you on this journey. For me, this is the beauty of the Reiki journey. When you are in session you have to ability to go within to be calm and hear the answers that you may be asking your soul but are too busy to hear with the days events. There is just a quiet and welcoming space to be YOU. There are no pretenses, defenses or excuses in those Reiki moments. In these moments you begin to transform yourself into who you are meant to be. To me there is no greater gift that one can give themselves than this. Be well.
