I love using ashwagandha when it’s appropriate…
but lasting progress comes from addressing what’s actually driving your symptoms.

Don’t skip the why.

Health isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Celebrate your journey, celebrate your wins.

I work with women every day who have lost their joy, their energy, their passion...not because they don't care.
But because they don't feel good.
And when you don't feel good for long enough, you start to lose pieces of yourself.
And when no one really listens... it gets even harder.
Sound like you? Find one thing today.
Something new or something you used to love.
Start there.

Not every patient I work with needs to go gluten-free.

But I do have many patients who have celiac disease or are sensitive to gluten, and sometimes their symptoms continue simply because there are hidden sources they didn’t realize contained gluten.

Gluten isn’t just in bread and pasta. It can show up in sauces, seasonings, processed meats, and other foods that seem gluten-free at first glance.

For someone who is sensitive, even small exposures can keep symptoms going.

That’s why we often spend time looking at the “sneaky” sources that don’t get talked about as much.

Did any of these surprise you? I’m curious which one you didn’t know about. ⬇️⬇️

It’s not always low back pain.
(But yes… I definitely see a lot of that too)

I’ve helped patients with everything from breech babies and postpartum changes to desk-job headaches, teen athletes, and those “random” aches that don’t feel so random.

If you’ve ever wondered whether I’d be a good fit for you…just ask.
You don’t have to figure it out alone 👍

Most of us live in the “gray.”
We don’t always neatly check every box for a diagnosis, yet we’re still struggling with symptoms.

This is where looking at lifestyle, diet, and the bigger picture becomes so important…looking at the why behind what’s happening.

Whether it’s been months or years… you’re always welcome back.

Play is an underrated part of winter and health.

I don’t love the cold, but I do love hockey, and it somehow makes winter feel manageable.

Find something new or familiar that you genuinely enjoy doing. Your health will thank you.

Low energy isn’t a personality trait.
These labs can help explain why…
THEN it’s time to dig deeper into why those deficiencies exist.

Save and share with someone who’s always tired

This winter has been rough for so many people.
The constant illnesses, being cooped up, bitter cold, and minimal sunshine, it adds up.
Burnout is real.

So find something that brings you joy.

And get outside…even if it’s just for a few minutes.
Small moments still matter!

Three years ago, my 3-year-old had appendicitis.

I was 34 weeks pregnant, exhausted, terrified… and probably watching too much Grey’s Anatomy 🫠

We caught it early, asked questions, and went with antibiotics instead of surgery.

Appendicitis may be routine for doctors, but for parents? Absolutely not.

Know the signs. Ask questions. Advocate. Cry. Repeat.
