As a member of the NH Workplace Violence Commission, Meaghan has amplified the voice of rural healthcare while driving real change at Speare—enhancing WPV reporting, improving staff training, and strengthening safety protocols. Thanks to her efforts, Speare now has:

In celebration of earning Best Hospital, Best Pediatrician (Laurel Galvin, APRN), and Silver for Best Urgent Care Center in this year’s Best of the Lakes Region awards, our Senior Team was proud to scoop up something special for the team that makes it all possible.

From tasty ice cream to a topping station with all the fixings, the cafeteria was filled with smiles, sprinkles, and lots of gratitude.
