1. Maintain hydration by consuming ample water or electrolyte-rich beverages like Gatorade.
2. Protect yourself from the sun by wearing sunscreen with a SPF of 50 and applying chapstick with SPF to safeguard your lips.
3. Review your medications, as some may increase sun sensitivity and cause burning. If you are uncertain about your medication's effects, consult our pharmacist for guidance.
