Please help us Welcome, Jordan Weisenbach, APRN, as our Corning Clinic Family Practice APRN.

Jordan began as an LPN in 2015 until obtaining her RN license in 2016. She began her Nursing career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse in 2017 until accepting a Family Practice RN position at Pocahontas Medical Clinic in 2021. Through all these years she also held a part-time and weekend nursing position at both local Nursing Homes until achieving a Master’s Degree as a Family Practice APRN.

Jordan has a wide array of experience ranging from newborn to end of life care with emphasis on Women’s Health, as well as the desire to provide quick, efficient, and therapeutic patient care.

Jordan is accepting new patients at our Corning Clinic location as well as at our Main Clinic location. She will also be able to perform DOT physicals in the near future.

At this time, ALL Clinic locations will be OPEN Normal Business Hours tomorrow, April 8th. We will continue assessing the flooding situation especially at our East Clinic location and will update this page as soon as anything changes.
