YOGA with Elaine is dedicated to helping people find balance in their body and peace in their mind. Classes have been described as nurturing, uplifting and fun!

Alignment based vinyasa yoga class designed to challenge each student in a safe way. Come stretch your body and bring peace to your mind. About Elaine: Elaine Cody is a certified yoga teacher who also holds a doctoral degree in physical therapy. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at the Sanctuary Yoga Studio in Plymouth.
