📣 Big news! We’re excited to announce the very first meeting of Shared Steps: a support group for families of autistic children ♾️✨

🗓️ Date: Wednesday, September 24th
⏰ Time: 5:30 PM
📍 Location: Room 216, ISU Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic
660 Memorial Drive, Building 68

This group is all about connection, community, and support for parents and caregivers to develop meaningful relationships with other families who are also supporting children with unique needs. Everyone is welcome, including those who do not yet have an official diagnosis. Come as you are—we can’t wait to meet you and walk these steps together. 💜

Best Tuesday morning ever! Today I got to discharge E from speech therapy, which he has been attending for almost 4 years. I am so proud of him and his family for working so hard to achieve his goals! When he started with me this summer he couldn’t say his R sound (the hardest sound of all!) and now he’s a pro at it! I’ll miss him, but I’m so happy he doesn’t need me anymore! ✨
