Just wanted to give you a heads up, January 3-10 is only open in Pocatello, with very limited appointments. My family will be traveling that week, so get booked now! ✨ Let’s talk TWINS! ✨
Did you know twin pregnancies make up about 1 in every 250 natural pregnancies? 🤯 Your chances increase with family history, fertility treatments, and even age (women over 30 are slightly more likely to release more than one egg!).

👶 Twins are typically born around 36–37 weeks, a bit earlier than singletons but still within a healthy range for many!

👯‍♀️Identical twins don’t run in families — they’re a spontaneous surprise!
✌🏼Fraternal twins each have their own placenta and amniotic sac, just like two separate pregnancies happening at once.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Runs in families — on the mother’s side! If a mom has a family history of releasing more than one egg (hyperovulation), her chances of fraternal twins go up.
