A lot of people living with chronic pain carry a quiet worry they rarely say out loud.

“What if this never goes away?”

They’ve tried:

• physical therapy
• injections
• medications
• stretching
• strengthening

And yet the pain keeps coming back.

After working in interventional pain for years, I realized something important.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that people haven’t tried enough treatments.

Sometimes the brain has simply learned a pain pathway that keeps repeating.

The good news?

What the brain learns… it can also unlearn.

That discovery has changed thousands of lives.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀:

Some days it’s terrible.

Many people living with chronic pain start their day this way.

Not because they want to.

After 13 years working in pain management, I saw this pattern constantly.

And the surprising part?
