Just a thought on happiness. This time of year it can be difficult for people to maintain positive moods due to the changes in the weather and lessening of sunlight. Hey All!! Blackrock Counseling is partnering with Because Kids Grieve, Wilks Funeral Home and Brady's Plant Ranch to host a camp to help kids that are grieving. I am excited to be part of this and I hope that anyone who has a child that is grieving will consider attending this.

Today is Valentines Day and it is a day to celebrate love.....but it is also a special day here at Blackrock Counseling because it is my one year anniversary. I want to take a minute and thank everyone who has shown me love and supported me in this giant undertaking of opening my own practice!! It has been quite the year and I wouldn't trade it for anything!! Thank you to everyone for helping me make my dream come true and for making Blackrock Counseling a tremendous success!! Here is to the love that will continue to make Blackrock Counseling a success for many years to come!!
