My morning and nighttime skincare routine is something I never skip. It’s a moment to check in with myself, slow down, and set the tone for the day—or let it go at night. Even something as simple as applying a serum with intention helps me feel grounded. I also make time to get fresh air and move my body every day—it helps me reset and stay connected.

I believe that the best-looking skin is healthy, well-cared-for skin. Aging naturally and tastefully is about supporting your skin through the years, not fighting against time. When skin is nourished, protected, and treated with consistency and kindness, it reflects vitality at any age.

We’ll slow things down, break down the steps, and give you extra time to feel comfortable before class begins.
