Live to Learn I am a certified grief yoga instructor. I help myself and others on their journey to healing. I am a wife, mother, angel mom, grandma, friend.

I retired from teaching in 2021. I now focus my time and energy on helping others on their grief journey. I am a yoga instructor specializing in Somatic, Hatha, Grief, and Restorative yoga. I also love spending time with my family. My grandsons are a gift from heaven and bring so much joy to my life. I enjoy reading, learning, spending time with friends, traveling, walking, collecting heart rocks, and painting rocks.
