Wage: $26/36 Hour
What You’ll Do:
Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans to help residents improve mobility, strength, and function.
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Monitor and document patient progress accurately in EMR systems.
Educate residents and families on therapy goals, exercises, and home programs to encourage continued success.
Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, resident-centered care.
Participate in discharge planning to support safe transitions and continuity of care.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Idaho.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehab, or outpatient setting preferred.
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others.
