Good morning! I just wanted to reach out to send you my apologies. I always let you know when I’ve messed up. And this is no exception.

I’m sorry that I’ve spent this year working on making each treatment better than ever before. Heck! I even went to Washington state to get the best in person education this year. That was a mistake.

I’m so sorry that I use all my free time researching new products, perfecting my technique, studying like I have final exams, and brainstorming all the ways to make communication better. Big mistake.

I’m so sorry for using such awesome wax too. Word on the street is that Brazilian Waxing is highly addictive here at Essential Esthetics by Zoey. Clients can’t stop rebooking after getting those smooth results! Oops!

Lastly, I’m so incredibly sorry that I’ve cared so much. That I’ve sent you not only aftercare, but other personal recommendations. Sorry for loving you like a bestie and cheering for all of your successes!

Hands up if you’ve ever tried an “at home” wax on yourself!

I wanted to share all of the reasons why I think this is a terrible idea. And spoiler alert, many of my clients have tried this before. It never ends well! 🤣

Darn ingrowns!

You know what they are —-> Hairs that are trapped below the surface or the skin!

So how do we fix them?!

First —-> prevent!
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment and purchase the aftercare to exfoliate and hydrate!

If all else fails, try warm compresses, pimple patches, avoid self surgery, and an enhanced aftercare system!

If all else fails, message your waxer and he or she will help you get down to the bottom of it!
