Healthy City, USA Portneuf Health Trust is a non-profit with the mission to enhance and improve health in Southeastern Portneuf Health Trust, Inc.

Some of our health initiatives include the Healthy City, USA vision for Pocatello/Chubbuck including offering the community free wellness activities and programs, creating and granting the Portneuf Wellness Complex to the community, and expanding and improving mental health access and services at our City Center Campus. is a minority, non-managing owner of Portneuf Medical Center.
