Regardless of how you heard about Get Well3, we welcome you to the most innovative weight loss and wellness program on the Internet. Dr. Warren Willey is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of Get Well3. He has spent over 25 years helping people obtain optimal health through nutrition, exercise, and educational programs. He is recognized as one of the ground-breaking weight loss specialists in the United States. He is a Board Certified Osteopathic Physician and Obesity Medicine Specialist. He did his post-graduate training at The Mayo Clinic. He speaks often to physicians and patients around the country, sharing his insights and methods. He practices medicine in Idaho and has developed a process of training other physicians and health care practitioners how to incorporate his methods into their family practices. He is an accomplished author and athlete. With the establishment of Get Well3, you are no longer required to travel to Idaho to capture some of his magic. We have automated his training and consultation and allow you to customize it to your individual needs through webinars, support groups and online tools. Other wellness and weight loss programs promote the sale of supplements and food substitutes. They engender dependence on calorie trackers and exercise programs. Get Well3 is different. We encourage you to utilize foods you can purchase in your local grocery store, foods you prefer to eat, and we help you organize those foods in to templates that optimize and maximize your hormone health. "Food is my friend. It has been there for me in good times and in bad. Food is also my enemy. It frustrates me, confuses me, affects my health and keeps me from reaching my goals. But I can't live without it. But somedays I wish I could. It's truly a love/hate relationship." These were some of the things we worked on in my Love Your Body, Love Your Life class tonight. By the end of the session, the women in the were shifting into a more peaceful relationship with food and they were willing to forgive themselves for "using" food all these years. It was such an amazing experience!
