Trapped on the yo-yo dieting and deprivation roller coaster, anxiously weighing myself several times per day, I watched the scale creep higher and higher - with no end in sight.
I had tried everything and so had my clients.
We knew what we were “supposed to do” when it came to eating but we just couldn’t do it.
And then it hit me . . . it’s not about the food!
Of course, nutrition is important, but instead of stressing and obsessing about what we are eating, we need to resolve why we are over-eating.

Solving this problem with dieting and deprivation is never going to work!
The real problem isn’t what we’re eating it’s WHY we’re eating…
It really comes down to what we are thinking and what we are we feeling.
From that moment on…instead of focusing on the food, I learned how to resolve the underlying issues at the core of my cravings and binges.
After years of frustration, I created a system for overcoming emotional eating.
And it worked! I’m finally free from my food and body issues once and for all.
Then, I shared it with my clients and that’s when they started getting amazing results too!
