While we pride ourselves on excellent surgical outcomes, there are things you can do to prevent the need for these measures:
1. Eat 3–4 servings of foods that are rich in calcium.
2. Improve your posture in all daily activities.
3. Practice standing on one leg every day to improve balance.
4. Get at least 30 minutes of daily physical activity that involves weight-bearing
