🌟 MEET THE MANAGMENT TEAM WEDNESDAY 🌟

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Alyssa Castro – House Manager
Since joining Caring Hearts in December 2022, Alyssa has brought heart, focus, and a deep sense of purpose to her role as House Manager. From the moment she shadowed her first shift, she knew this was the right place—falling instantly in love with the residents and never looking back.

In her role, Alyssa is committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized care. She keeps detailed records, stays closely connected with families, and works side-by-side with our care team to ensure every resident feels safe, supported, and truly valued.

Outside of work, she’s a devoted mom to a spirited five-year-old son and an active foster volunteer for a local animal rescue. Her home is full of life with five pets of her own, and she finds peace in nature—whether she’s hiking, reading in the sun, singing on the trail, or simply enjoying the quiet outdoors.

Her compassion and energy make her an irreplaceable part of the Caring Hearts family.

Meet Kayla Curzon, one of our amazing House Managers at Caring Hearts Assisted Living! Kayla began her journey with us in March 2023 as a caregiver and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to her dedication, leadership, and hard work.

In her role as House Manager, Kayla helps ensure smooth daily operations, supports our staff, and fosters a compassionate, welcoming environment for our residents.

Outside of work, Kayla is a proud mom to her little boy—her pride and joy, and the light of her life.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Brand Lott - Hiring Manager

🌟 Meet Brandi Lott, our incredible Hiring Manager at Caring Hearts Assisted Living! Over the past three years, Brandi has achieved so much—starting on the night shift as a medication tech, moving to day shift, and eventually stepping into the role of House Manager. Today, she plays a key role in building our compassionate care team by recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff who share our mission of heartfelt service.

Brandi brings warmth, dedication, and leadership to everything she does. She’s not only a supportive manager but also a loving presence to our residents, always going the extra mile to make them feel valued and cared for.

Outside of work, Brandi’s greatest joy is her family. She’s a proud mother and grandmother to eight wonderful grandchildren, ranging in age from one to eight years old.

We’re so grateful to have Brandi as part of the Caring Hearts family—her heart truly makes a difference every day!

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Stephanie Torres – Scheduling Supervisor

🌟 Meet Stephanie Torres, our dedicated Scheduling Supervisor at Caring Hearts Assisted Living. With 18 years in healthcare and a little over 6 years at Caring Hearts, Stephanie’s journey began as a caregiver in April 2019, and through her hard work and compassion, she worked her way up to her current leadership role.

Stephanie is passionate about her residents, sharing that “they are the best part of my job. I never know what they’ll say or do, but it’s always the best part of my day.” Her commitment to quality care and her deep connection to the people she serves is felt throughout the entire facility.

Born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho, Stephanie cherishes her family above all. She’s been married to her best friend and life partner, Oscar, for 15 amazing years. Together, they are raising five incredible children and are the proud grandparents to one grandson—with another on the way!

When she's not coordinating schedules or caring for residents, Stephanie enjoys reading, gardening, camping, fishing, night walks, and spending time with her beloved pets. Her home is filled with joy thanks to her four birds—Huey, Duey, Louie, and Blue the parrot—and her three dogs: Zoro the Great Dane, and her two Frenchie's, Ebony and Bunny.

Stephanie’s warmth, dedication, and energy are truly the heart of Caring Hearts.

🌟 Leadership Spotlight: Kyllee Schritter – Administrator

Meet Kyllee Schritter, Administrator at Caring Hearts Assisted Living. With 14 years of experience in caregiving, Kyllee brings deep compassion and leadership to her role. She returned to Caring Hearts in August 2024 and proudly earned her Administrator License in March 2025.

Kyllee is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming home for every resident. She’s grateful to work alongside a team that consistently puts people first, and she leads with heart, dedication, and a strong sense of purpose.

Outside of work, Kyllee is a proud mom of 2 boys. She loves dirt biking, gaming, and making memories with her family. Teaching her boys how to ride and spending time outdoors is where she truly feels at home.

Caring for others has always been close to Kyllee’s heart—and we’re proud to have her as part of the Caring Hearts family.

Brittney has been a valued member of the team for over eight years, beginning her journey with no prior experience in the field. Through hard work and heart, she discovered a deep passion for caregiving and grew into her leadership role.

Brittney is known for treating every resident and their family like her own, building lasting relationships rooted in compassion and trust. Her favorite part of the job is creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents truly feel at home.

Outside of work, Brittney enjoys life with her two wonderful boys and her partner of over 15 years. She loves spending time outdoors, camping, and being with friends.

Meet Alice Nason, the heart behind Caring Hearts Assisted Living. With over eight years of experience in the assisted living field, Alice’s journey began right here at Caring Hearts. She earned her Administrator license in May 2020 and officially stepped into ownership a year and a half ago—an achievement grounded in passion and purpose.

For Alice, this work is much more than a career—it’s a calling. She thrives on building connections, getting to know each resident and their family, and creating a space that feels like home. “Everyone who walks through our doors becomes like family,” she shares. That close-knit atmosphere is something she truly cherishes—and so do the residents and staff.

Her team keeps her energized and on her toes, and over the years, they too have become an extension of her family.
Outside of her leadership role, Alice is a proud mother of six wonderful children—including two nephews she lovingly calls her own. She’s been married to the love of her life for four beautiful years. In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, attending concerts, and taking scenic drives through the mountains with her family.

Alice leads with warmth, compassion, and purpose—and Caring Hearts thrives because of it.

💥Caring Hearts Assisted Living – Now Hiring! 💥

We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions at Caring Hearts Assisted Living. Starting pay is DOE (Depends on Experience).

Shift Details:

8-hour shifts: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

Weekend pay differentials:

✔️$1.00 extra for Saturday and Sunday day/evening shifts

✔️$0.50 extra for NOC shifts, plus $1.00 extra when working Friday or Saturday nights

Certification Requirements: Applicants should have a Medication Certification and CPR Certification, if possible. If you do not currently have these certifications, we will assist you in obtaining them.
