I came to massage therapy as a career because of personal injury and limitation in muscles upon recovery. I studied in San Antonio, Texas at Austin Schools of Massage now the Texas Healing Arts Institute. I moved to Idaho in 2009 when my husband took a job with the Pocatello Fire Department. overy, Trigger Point, Pain Patterns and Solutions (Reverse Trigger Point), Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology. I am a member in good standing with Hands On Trade Association. I have been a member for 8 years. When I first moved to Idaho I worked in a Physical Therapy office. In 2012 I decided to create my own business, Naturally Relaxed, and have been working for myself ever since. In my down time I enjoy reading, cooking, gardening, various crafts, playing with my kids and dogs. I ski in the winter, and ride 4-wheelers in the summer. My family plans several camping trips throughout the year. We are a very active family. Though we do enjoy playing on the WiiU and watching movies when it is bad weather.
