Hello my friends,
Today, my life is filled with change. My business, my marriage, and my relationships with my kids. Theres alot of discomfort!
These changes are allowing me to see where I have been placing my energy and what ive been prioritizing.
Today instead of focusing on what i have to do or have to put my energy Im choosing where, who and what id like to place my energy in. —what I love, what feels aligned, and what brings me peace.
My friends today lets Nurture the relationships that matter. Bring light and intention into our experiences, our path, and the life we are creating.
When we deliberately choose where our energy goes, our lives begin to feel more harmonious. And today’s card reminds us of just that—harmony is created through our conscious choices.

With the 2026 Eastern Idaho Mind, Body & Spirit Expo just a little over two weeks away, we wanted to take a moment to introduce the heart behind the event — Paula Robinson, owner of MIP Metaphysical Store & More.

Paula is an intuitive psychic medium and spiritual life coach whose work is deeply rooted in her connection to her Creator. Through that sacred connection, she receives guidance from angels, spirit guides, and transitioned loved ones—offering messages that bring comfort, clarity, healing, and direction to those seeking a deeper understanding of their own path.

Known for her gentle, honest, and heart-centered approach, Paula creates spaces where people feel safe to heal, release old beliefs, and open themselves to new possibilities.
