Cranio is for everyone!! I’m helping this cutey to be able to relax some very stiff neck muscles so tummy time is more fun and productive.
Working with kids is one of the great privileges of my work!

Having a “bad back” or “bad neck” is not a barrier to healing! If you aren’t comfortable laying down for a Cranio session I will work with you in whichever position is comfortable for YOU! Healing is something everyone should have access too!

So many holidays this month— Christmas, Hanukkah, Yule, Kwanza, and soon our new year. It’s a crazy time!! Even though these are joyful times the change in routine and go go go of the holidays can stress anyone out—even our precious kiddos. Here a helpful tip for their feet, and then call me to schedule a Cranio session for even better results!

What do you do to support your mental health? I tend to gravitate towards herb/epsom salt baths and talks with my friends. (the blend of herbs pictured is especially for headaches)
I also make sure to have my feet zoned and have my own cranio session as often as I can! I am always more relaxed and energized after a session and can think much more clearly.
