Ditch the toxic cleaners and Switch to healthy!!

Most cleaners have 2-butoxyethanol & SLES + in them that are toxic and bad to breath, touch our skin and our food.

When we clean with true green (not green washed) cleaners we are reducing our toxic load on our bodies!! Save your organs and choose truly healthy cleaners. Note most cleaners people think are healthy are green washed, and many that used to be okay have been bought out by toxic friendly companies and are now toxic. I love that I can count on that doTERRA will not be bought out and will stay toxin free. Are you sure your cleaners are all toxic free?

Lemon 🍋 Water= Basic Detox

Lemon essential oil is high in limonene and a dash of aldehydes🧽. Its chemical make up makes it great for cleaning up messes in the body.

Whiter Brighter Teeth

After I brush my teeth with OnGuard Toothpaste when my teeth are looking 👀 dingy I add 1 drop Lemon 🍋 essential oil to my toothbrush. 🪥 Then I rebrush with that, rinse and spit.

There are no acids in it so that’s not a concern. Having watched my teeth 🦷 as I’ve done this and knowing teeth are microscopically porous 🧽 it makes since to me that the lemon oil is able to breakdown the stains 🫟.

Note that I only do this as needed, and it can make them a little sensitive if I have done it to frequently. So I only use when they feel like they need cleaned or look not very white. This is what I did in the years I had no dental ins and during the shut down, and my teeth still had almost no plaque when I was able to start getting them cleaned again.

I’m getting ready to restart the 90 day cleanse.

In the past doing it I’ve lost weight, slept better, gotten my flat tummy back. ( I was doing exercise too.) I also felt more vibrant, and it helped me firmly get out of fight or flight. I believe toxins in our body can actually affect our nervous system making it harder to get out of fight or flight. My research and experience supports this thought. 💭

DIY Clay Mask

For what:

Acne prone skin due to higher oil content or combination skin.

Athletes foot- can be a brilliant add to a foot soak. (Add directly to the water instead of mixing first)

Mix

2 tsp Bentonite Clay

2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 drop Tea Tree essential oil

1 drop Frankincense essential oil

1 drop Lavender essential oil

Optional- 1 tsp honey (moisturizing)

Apply to face

Use a warm wet washcloth to remove.

Moisturize after
