Once I am done with orientation and my licensing is in place I will announce when I can start scheduling patients. In the meantime, here’s my friendly reminder to you to track your pain and barometric pressures. 
(The bright blue is barometric pressures and the black line is pain, many people notice a correlation!)

Dear Patients,

I want to let you know that I will be leaving my position and relocating to Hawaii to pursue a new professional opportunity.

Although I am excited for this next chapter, it is bittersweet to say goodbye. It has been a privilege to care for you, and I am truly grateful for the trust you have placed in me over the years.

If you need assistance transitioning your care or would like recommendations for other providers, please feel free to ask me, and I will be happy to help.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healthcare team. I will miss this community greatly and wish you all the very best.
