CNAs are the super heroes of the nursing world! Look at them with admiration, respect and love! That’s how they approach care for you and your loved ones! Thank a CNA every chance you get!

For me, they’re the eyes and ears that I don’t always have when providing care as an RN! As an FNP, I know they keep my patients functioning maximally! For all the showers, bed baths, feedings, transports and affection they offer, I am grateful for CNAs!

Today my family joins us to celebrate our 10th anniversary!
If you remember, I’m married to the super sexy man who is my very best friend!
In honor of that we are actually not anywhere near our devices! We are enjoying our life together and documenting family photos!

My and my husband’s delusion and audacity, have allowed us to thrive in each other’s arms! And, we intend to do so for the rest of our lives!

How lucky am I that I get to spend a lifetime with this guy!?

I’m not sure I agree with this 💯. I believe the questions are:
1. Tell me about your diet? When do you binge? Do you fast?
2. How often do you exercise? How vigorous is your workout? How long do you workout? How long do you stretch and recover post workout?
3. Do you want to change your body composition? Do you have the resources to start making changes? Do you have friends or family to help you succeed?

Treating health needs is looking at the patient from a 360 degree evaluation AND offering them support that works for them!

You also need to repeat these questions every 6 months and adjust the plan of care to meet the changing person!

Pill slinging is just a tool in the big ol’ work box of healthcare!
