This is Amber at Idaho Medical Massage!

It's been over a year since I got my Advanced Thai Yoga Massage Certification in Costa Rica! It was such an amazing experience seeing this beautiful country. The water falls, culture, and plants 🌺🌸🌺 were all so beautiful! I am so lucky to have got that opportunity to learn such an amazing modality in such a beautiful place.

If you have never experienced Thai 💆‍♀️💆🏽‍♀️💆🏿‍♀️I would highly recommend it. You are entirely clothed, on a mat, and get the benefits of yoga without having to do so much of the work!
