Everyone talks about “wearing rubber bands” the second you get braces… and somehow it sounds a little scary 😅

But don’t stress! Rubber bands usually come later in treatment and are used to help your bite align properly. think overbites, underbites, and getting everything to fit together just right 🦷✨

Our best advice? Be consistent and diligent about wearing them as directed. The more you wear them, the faster they do their job… and the sooner we can say goodbye to them 👋😉
