Meditation and self-love are simpler than we’ve been taught to believe. You don’t need to sit on the floor with crossed legs or chant “om” unless that feels right to you. Meditation can look like many things—quiet reflection, movement, creativity, or rest. The key is discovering what resonates with you and giving yourself permission to be fully present in that moment.
