19 years ago I was the decoy on Dateline NBC’s To Catch A Predator. 🎬
What they never showed on camera was what it does to your nervous system to sit across from a predator, stay calm, smile, and play a role while your body is screaming.
I didn’t have a name for it then. Now I do — and now I help people heal it.

Moments like this re-ignite my passions, my heart and keep my hips shaking. I love my quiet island mornings on the beach AND I love performing on a stage for 6,000 people. That’s what I call life balance.

Being on stage with legendary artist April Harris and phenomenal is always inspiring. Representing the iconic freestyle trio Seduction, April’s voice and stage presence continues selling out concerts around the country. I am grateful to be a part of such iconic music scene. 🎶 💃🏽 🎤

🌺Hope of Renewel🌺

It has been a catastrophic week here on the Island. The Kona storms have been relentlessly wiping out the land left and right. Despite the devastation, the flowers remind us we will re-bloom.

The spring cleaning was extreme but with the cleansing comes the re-blossoming. The Earth continues to spin and the sun continues to rise each day even if we can’t see it.

Slowly but surely the island will re-blossom as nature does and so do you. Keep going, we will make it through and you too will become a brighter version of you ☀️

Take a moment with nature today and give gratitude for the beauty, lessons cycles and seasons it provides for us.🙏🏽

THE LOVE PROJECT SISTER CIRCLE 🌺

This deeply transformative 22 days is ready to bloom this March. I will be holding both Zoom and In person in Kailua sessions so choose accordingly! 
 
It is 22 days of cultivating, noticing and inviting in love through ritual, journalling, meditation and focus.
You’ll be lighting candles and carefully bringing your focus to love...not the romantic kind necessarily...you’ll be finding love in ALL the places you don’t usually look!

I noticed each day of doing these rituals, I was craving to slow down and be more intentional about everything I do- and not do. It took a lot of work to be ok with the simplicity and truly re-defining how I felt about love in general. Slowly but surely, I was seeing the world through new eyes and re-calibrating the pace with which I want to live my life. Take this opportunity to gather with women once a week be inspired to create the life fueled by the vibration of love we innately are.

-4 weekly virtual or in person sister circle ceremonies with cacao or tea

our 22 Day Sister Circle HER WORDS ARE MEDICINE. Last week we reclaimed what was bubbling inside us all along and rejuvenated with our life force prepping us for this week to REVEAL.

Reveal who we are blossoming into. Calling in our desires, creating our future and seeing clearly the women we are evolving into, all in the sacred space of sister circle.

Through daily ritual we connect back to self. It is no secret what giving yourself an intentional 15 minutes a day practice to dig in, reflect and rest can do for your health. From the moment you arrive this island greets you with Aloha. This gorgeous lady treated herself to a personalized half day reset of peace, balancing her nervous system connecting back to nature and ALL the girl time!

We began with Cacao on the beach, indulging in the luxurious taste and sensations with breathwork to ground and calm the mind and open up the portal of possibilities. We nourished our bodies and went to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world to finish our last ritual of the day and take in the breathtaking views 🌴
