PROMPT: Milk baths have been used for thousands of years because the lactic acid is wonderful for soothing and softening skin.

Draw a warm bath and add a few cups of whole milk, almond milk, or coconut milk to the water.

You can also mix in honey or essential oils to supplement the restorative qualities of the bath.

As you soak, notice the thoughts that drift through your mind , letting them flow like water.
