ACT: Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Imagine yourself anywhere in the world, are in the world of your imagination, that you like to be, whether an enchanted forest , a serene beach, or another planet entirely. Include details for all your senses - sight, sound, touch, smell, taste.

REFLECTION: Visualization exercises are powerful tools for caring for your mental well-being.You can use them to relax. de-stress, get rid of negative thoughts, boost your confidence, and embrace and empower parts of yourself that you love. By picturing yourself doing something or being a certain way, you condition your mind to that idea , which helps you make it a reality.

ACT: A great basic visualization exercise for calm is to build a happy place in your mind, a place you can go to relax.

Sit comfortably with your eyes closed. Picture yourself walking up to the most relaxing place you can imagine.

Imagine it as clearly as you can; feel the ground beneath your feet. What do you hear? Go inside and start adding more details. Revisit it and revise it as often as you like.

Record what you've built so far.

REFLECTION: Simply being mindful of all the good things in your life is in itself a wonderful form of self-care. It can help you create a home in your heart for gratitude and celebrate the miracle of just being alive.

REFLECTION: When at least some of the love in our life comes from the self, we can not help but be happy. And nothing says, "I love me," like a lighting a few candles and slipping into a hot bath. The low light eases the mind as the warm water relaxes the body. (You can make your next self-care soak extra special by adding some essential oils, bubbles, or bath bombs).

ACT: Keep track of your bath-time supplements here, so you can remember and share which recipes and extras you like best.
