🌙 A Rare Opportunity to Practice With the Moment
To honor this transition, we’re offering a spontaneous Lunar New Year evening of practice — two very different ways to meet this threshold, depending on what your body and heart need.
🌅 5:30 PM — Slow Flow
Awaken & Move Into the New Year
A gentle, breath-centered flow to wake up winter-stiff bodies, circulate energy, and reconnect you to strength without strain.
Expect smooth transitions, grounding, mobility, and that quiet feeling of “I’m back in myself.”
Perfect if you want to shake off heaviness and feel clear, steady, and alive.
🌑 7:00 PM — Yin & Meditation
A Quiet Beginning: Deep Renewal
Long, supported floor postures, stillness, and a guided meditation to release accumulated tension and create space for whatever wants to emerge this year.
We’ll close with a simple candle ritual, a private moment to set an intention, not as pressure, but as a seed.
Perfect if you feel tired, overwhelmed, tender, or in transition.
💛 You Don’t Have to Know Yet
One of the most comforting truths of the lunar calendar:
Nothing has to be figured out today.
Growth begins in darkness.
Clarity comes later.
Momentum follows rest.
So whether you come to move, to be still, or simply to sit in a room where you don’t have to hold everything together…
You are welcome.
✨ Come As You Are. Begin Where You Are.
Tonight is about remembering you are part of something cyclical, intelligent, and alive and that even after the longest winters, movement returns.
🌙 Slow Flow — 5:30 PM
🌑 Yin & Meditation — 7:00 PM
If your body has been asking for something softer… this may be it.
