☺️Many of you have gotten to know and love Jen E. these past few months while she’s been guiding the Sunday Flow class during Kate’s summer break.

🥰Since Kate will be back to her Sunday spot starting September 7, this is the perfect chance to keep practicing with Jen E.—just join her on Monday evenings.

Most people think about muscles and bones, but there’s an invisible web inside you called fascia—like a living suit that connects every part of your body.

Fascia remembers tension, trauma, and even emotion. When it tightens, it can restrict movement as well as shape how you hold your story inside.

Gentle movement can help release this web, freeing not just your body but your capacity to feel lighter and more open in life.

This is why the way you move matters—for flexibility, but also, more importantly, for how you carry yourself through your days and relationships.

💫Sometimes the most powerful shift is simply noticing—-noticing the gripping, the rushing, the bracing, and in that moment, it’s a chance to choose softer, slower, kinder.🫂
