May is , and there’s no better time to celebrate the strength, wisdom, and vitality of older adults in our communities!
In honor of Older Americans Month and National Senior Health & Fitness Day, we’re proud to champion healthy aging through movement, connection, and fun with our signature Samba Fitness Program! From stretching and dancing to laughter and friendship, Samba helps keep our residents active, engaged, and moving toward healthier living every day.
This month, we’ve taken Samba Fitness on the road, bringing energy and wellness throughout the community while encouraging older adults to stay active and prioritize their health. The recommended daily movement doesn’t have to feel like exercise when you’re having this much fun!
