Rivers Health Wellness Center The PVH Wellness Center has an indoor walking track, equipment, classes, and personal training to me Locker rooms include private showers, lockers and towels.

In keeping with the mission of Pleasant Valley Hospital as being the resource for community health service, the PVH Wellness Center is committed to setting the standard for health and fitness in the local community while providing a safe and supportive environment. The Wellness Center, through a variety of programs, focuses on assisting its members and the community with healthy lifestyles that can reduce the risk of injury, disease and increase one's overall well-being. The Wellness Center has something to offer everyone including Cybex weight equipment for a complete and total body workout, a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills and elliptical trainers, and an indoor walking track. The free weight room is fully equipped with benches, power racks and dumbbells that range from two to 110 pounds. Both men's and women's locker rooms are equipped with saunas to help you relax after a workout. The Wellness Center also provides a variety of activities and exercise classes throughout the year to help keep individuals motivated. Personal trainers are available for $10 an hour for those with memberships. Daily rates are available as well as monthly and yearly memberships. Gift certificates can also be purchased at the main desk.

Outpatient therapy at the Wellness Center will open at 1:00 pm for scheduled appointments.

The Wellness Center gym will be closed today.

Our Mason Outpatient Therapy office will also be closed today.

Normally, we just have one "Star of the Show" when we stream but last night was different.

There was a medical emergency in the crowd at the end of the game and our AT sprung into action immediately along with many other members of the crowd - several from our community.

Luckily, the fan was able to make it out and we certainly hope she is OK.

So to Gabe Roush....

Due to impending inclement weather…
The Wellness Center will be Closed Sunday 1/25/26. We plan to re-open Monday 1/26/26 at 12:00pm.

The Therapy Services Departments at Point Pleasant and Mason will tentatively plan to open at 12:00pm on 1/26/26 as well.
