That inner longing you’ve felt at times throughout your life is your soul speaking to you. Longings are here to point us toward the fulfillment of what our soul came here to experience. By creating a little space from all the responsibilities and energies around us we can say “yes” to hearing our longing so it can us clues that lead to more fulfillment. Longing isn’t a distraction, it’s a direction.

How to get clear intuitive guidance. Clear your energy first.

One of the biggest reasons intuitive guidance feels confusing is because our space isn’t clear. Other people’s energy, expectations, or our own future-focus can cloud both our intuitive and analytical mind.

In this week’s Tune In Tuesday, I share the most important first step to receiving clear intuitive guidance: clearing your psychic space.

I’ll walk you through a few simple ways to clear energetic “dust bunnies” using tools like a rattle, feather, candle, or your imagination. Then remind you how to focus your inner gaze to ask your higher self for your next step.

When your energy field is clear, you can trust the insight that comes, whether you’re in meditation, on a shamanic journey, or simply lying in bed listening for guidance.

I talk to my spirit guides on a daily basis, like friends who know me really well they provide reflection, direction and help me see the challenges I’m facing from a different, helpful perspective. They communicate with me with a “knowing” not images or words.

Like any relationship it took time for me to build trust, to understand their communciation styles, to know how to ask, when to reach out and what to ask for.
