One year ago, I received my Sak Yant from Master Svietliy
A Sak Yant is part of an ancient Southeast Asian sacred tattoo tradition- where geometry, mantra, and intention are woven together through ritual.
Traditionally applied by monks or Ajarns using a bamboo or steel rod, the tattoo is not decorative - it is consecrated.
It seals intention into the layers of the body.
The Yantra itself is sacred geometry infused with prayer. The design is manifest by Svietliy out of meditation, your spoken intentions, and perceived essence and is then blessed and chanted over before being sealed with Hindu rituals and a final prayer.
A year ago, I set intentions around growth, expansion, and devotion.
This past year didn’t unfold exactly how I expected. There were physical challenges. Seasons of uncertainty. Waves of disappointment.
But there was also clarity.
I expanded my practice.
I stepped fully into my purpose.
I deepened my commitment to helping women move through gut and hormone imbalances, weaving Ayurveda (the science of life) into modern scientific investigation, and dedicated support.
Sometimes sacred intention doesn’t manifest exactly how you imagined.
Parts of it unfolded. Parts of it are still becoming.
Grateful for the ritual.
Grateful for the becoming.
Grateful for Master Svietliy 🙏🏼🤍
