All the feels this week. 💚 Very bittersweet. When one door closes, one opens. 🥹

Thank you to the Oxford Hills Community for treating us like family. I had a dream, and you all blew it out of the water. I am lucky to have taken care of this community, and will continue to do so right down the street in Poland. It’s not a goodbye- it’s a see you later. 👩🏼‍⚕️

So many great memories in South Paris- many laughs, tears, and everything in between. Truly you all are amazing people -and I am so blessed to be a small part of your lives. My children have grown up in these walls, met some of my amazing patients, and have even walked in on appts looking for me, and you all have shown them grace and patience… got to love kids! 🏠

Wish we could stay, but as you all know - help is hard to find in all professions these days. I will be closer to home, and my girls and that’s a beautiful thing. 👧 👧

I can’t wait for you all to see the new space. It’s been a busy 4 day of moving and setting everything up, but we are all excited for this next chapter.

Rachael joins us as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner from Corinth, Maine. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from MCHP in 2012, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2019, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue Global University in 2024.

Rachael has a strong passion for helping create healthy, thriving Maine families in our community. With years of experience in women’s and children’s health, she is dedicated to building meaningful connections with her patients. It’s crucial that she keeps patients at the center of their care so she is excited for the opportunity to serve new patients through Direct Primary Care at Live Life Family Practice.

Outside of her professional life, Rachael is a proud wife and mother of two, a dog mom to energetic pups, and actively involved in her Church and medical outreach opportunities.
