Healthy skin starts in the liver and right in the kitchen.

I’m made a raw vegan cheese using soaked almonds and sea moss, two powerful, whole-food ingredients that support the body from the inside out. Almonds provide vitamin e, magnesium, and healthy fats that help protect and preserve glutathione, while sea moss delivers trace minerals that support liver enzymes, gut–liver balance, and overall detox pathways. Together, they help support the liver’s ability to do what it does best, produce glutathione.

Glutathione is the body’s master antioxidant, made primarily in the liver. It helps neutralize toxins, calm inflammation, protect collagen, and support even pigment. ✨ Green Light Therapy✨

If hyperpigmentation or dark spots are a concern, green light therapy is your go-to.

Green LED light works at the surface of the skin to help calm melanocyte activity, making it especially effective for brightening dark spots, sun damage, and uneven tone. It also helps reduce redness and inflammation, making it a gentle option for sensitive or reactive skin.

💡 Important note:
While red light is wonderful for collagen and anti-aging, it can be too stimulating for pigmentation concerns. If your goal is to fade dark spots and even skin tone, green light is the better choice.

Today is my birthday! 🎉 🎊🥳

As a holistic esthetician, I have always believed that healthy skin is a reflection of how we care for the body as a whole. I’ve lived a holistic lifestyle my entire life, and that philosophy continues to guide both my personal practices and the care I provide to my clients.

Today, I turn 57. I had the best day exploring Phipps Conservatory, a place I find deeply peaceful and grounding. I feel incredibly privileged to be here; healthy, optimistic, and at peace with my life. I’m surrounded by friends who feel like family, a family I cherish deeply, and a husband who supports me in every way imaginable.

I am embracing aging with intention and respect. My personal skincare regimen is not about chasing youth, but about supporting long-term skin health and overall wellbeing. It includes organic skincare from Elina Organics, facial massage twice a day, nourishing my body with whole, unprocessed foods, and limiting stress as much as possible. These practices support the skin’s natural function and reinforce the connection between inner health and outer vitality.

Hi, my name is Sherrie Lee, a Licensed Holistic Esthetician in Ohio and Florida. I attended an AVEDA Institute to study Esthiology science with an Ayurvedic approach. I am also a member of the Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners and a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals.

I have had a lifelong passion for health and wellness and I’ve been practicing a holistic lifestyle for more than 25 years. I have received further education and certifications in Holistic Skincare, Ayurvedic Massage, Sound Therapy (Harmonic Rebalancing), Vibrational Healing, and Energy Healing. I love talking about natural, chemical-free skin care and body care, raw food nutrition, topically-applied herbal remedies, natural bug repellents, essential oils, and well-being as a way of life.

I believe that the most effective plant base products in skin care are used with the intention to purely offer treatments that deliver results while detoxifying and creating balance.
